How are tele-work policies affecting your company’s real estate portfolio?

What interested me the most about this article was just how much of an impact allowing employees to work virtually is having in our real estate environment.  In Accenture’s case, the impact is HUGE.  I mean, downsizing your real estate by 50%?

Is this a market-wide trend?  Or an example on the extreme end of the spectrum?  How are tele-work policies affecting your organization’s real estate needs and priorities?
