Connecting to clients via Social Media

So while granted, this Wall Street Journal article is about how financial advisers and how they can utilize social media to connect to potential clients, the advise given is really quite relevant to all industries.  Most notably, the author hits on the bread and butter of why we use social media – to connect to clients on a personal level, especially those whom we would otherwise never met.
